And this is the last introduction for CoralCut 2. So let's hear what's new in this CoralPack. Over to you, Fredrik. Thank you, Isabella. Yes, in this CoralPack, we're introducing the CO geometry. It is a ground parting off geometry with a sharp cutting edge. It is a similar section view as we have in CEM, but it features smaller corner radiuses with help chip control. The smaller corner radius will, of course, be a bit weaker, but in general, this is a good geometry for HRSA material and stainless steel. Looking into another benefit with this CO geometry is that we have a larger overhang, similar as we have for GF. So looking into the table, you can see that we can go into much smaller diameter if the tool allows. And if we look to the picture, we can see that we have clearance with CO, but when using a CM insert, for example, we will have interference. So with this introduction, we complete our assortments with the 13th geometry in this big assortment. So, yeah, thanks. Over to you, Bella. Thank you so much, Fredrik. Please join us at the table. Cool. And meanwhile, a question to you, Jenny. Now with the completion of this milestone, how do you feel? It's been a long journey and we have had colleagues involved from all the functions during the years. And me and Fredrik have been involved in the latest eight Coropax with Corocat 2. So it feels a little bit strange, but we're very glad to be here. Fantastic. So let's take a trip down memory lane. What was the first vision when you introduced Corocat 2? Well, Corocat 1-2 was introduced in 1999. And this product family has grown to be very important for Sandvik Coromans bottom line, really. And a lot have happened since 1999 and production technology and also the manufacturing at our customers. So in order to be able to maintain and to develop our offer, we saw it as necessary to future-prove this assortment. Thank you. And what kind of market challenges were you trying to solve at that time? I would say we see two big trends, and that is digitalization and automation. And for us going forward, it will be very important to have best-in-class product data quality. And also process security is growing in importance at our customers. It's a customer need that is very important for our aerospace industry segment, but also for other customers when process security can be translated to unmanned machining and cost savings in the end. So we're able to meet a variety of customer needs. What else, Fredrik, differentiates Corocat 2 from our competitors? Yeah, I think there are several things, but one thing that I mentioned earlier was the big assortment when it comes to geometries. We also have a very big assortment when it comes to tools. I think we have more than 1,500 tools in Corocat 2. So that's impressive. We also have very high-performance grades. So we have a very high performance in general, I would say. But also, as Jenny said, with this new production technology, we also have new opportunities, which we have taken with this RF geometry, for example, where we have the possibility to make a direct pressed insert with a sharp cutting edge, where we can solve this chip control issue in the finishing area, especially in these ISO-S materials, where we know it's very tricky. So yeah, I think there are many things that puts Corocat 2 in the front seat compared to our competitors. Sounds really good. So now with this big milestone ahead of us, what's important going forward, Jenny? We didn't reach our sales targets for 2025, but we grew our business by 2.6%, more than average, in a very tough business climate. But to continue to grow, I would say that we need to continue to support our customers that are converting from Corocat 1 to Corocat 2. We also need to continue to identify sales pipelines where we can take business from our competitors and also involve and cooperate with our customers in business projects and machine investments. Fantastic. So we keep pushing and attacking competition. Yes. Yes. So thank you so much for joining me in the studio today. Thank you. Thank you very much. And we are staying in the area of turning, but we will move on to a completely new tool. And for that, we have a guest from Germany. And from a very well-established tooling concept, we are moving into uncharted territory. And for that, Sascha has now entered the studio. Hi. So thank you for having me here. Yes, you're welcome. So what did you bring to the studio? Yeah, this is our product coming with the new family Coroterm PI. And to help you understand better, I brought a little video with me. Perfect. Let's roll. As you can see here, this is a tool holding two insert seats. We have a roughing insert which is doing the pre-machining stop. And in this example, the second insert, the finishing insert, is doing the corner cleanup operation. And the final cut is the finishing operation, which is going outwards. So this is a two-in-one tooling concept, so to say. Why are we introducing this now? Yeah. I mean, finally, it's the great possibility for us to emphasize our prime turning technology. And this tool is capable of running with low entering angle. It is coming with these kind of benefits. And it's also combined with a very good chip breaking technology. Sounds very intriguing. What else can you tell us about the features and benefits? Yes. I mean, the roughing insert, that's a double-sided insert. It has eight cutting edges, also equipped with a Viper technology. And also, we have a good optimized cooling design on the new tools. And Sascha, what can you tell us about the assortment? What are we introducing? Yeah. In total, we are introducing 22 articles. We are coming out with 16 different insert articles in different sizes with different grades. And on top of that, we also will introduce six different tool articles. We have a C6 holder, four multitask machines, and also five different cylindrical bars. And I understand that this tool comes with a bit of increased complexity, especially when we think about the programming part. But that's not a showstopper for us, right? No, no. To support our customers and Salesforce, we will also introduce a new model in our Corel Plus toolpath environment. And this should help us to program components with a blind hole, with a through hole, or with different characteristics, like a jumper, for example. So, let's talk a little bit about the customer focus. Who are we targeting? Yeah. I mean, in the first step, we are targeting our existing customers who are buying Corel Term Prime tools, because they are already familiar with the prime turning methodology. They appreciated all these benefits like longer tool life or higher productivity. And as a second focus, we are focusing on customers who are already using multi-tools like the Corel Plex TB or TTR. Fantastic. Let's wrap this up with a short summary. Yeah. And if you allow me to conclude this with unique selling points, I would say Corel Term PI is combining roughing and finishing in one, two. So, it helps also to reduce cycle times. It is coming with an excellent chip breaker technology to help you to have a high level of security. And also, it is using the prime turning methodology. So, it definitely increases your productivity and output. Thank you, Sascha, so much for this introduction to Corel Term PI. And you know what? I think we're having quite a good time. So, I'll keep you in the studio. Let's move over to the table. And we are continuing the conversation here. GC 1205, GC 1210. What's the update here, Sascha? Yeah. Now we are extending these two product families, which have been not part of the introduction back in 2024. And why are we introducing these grades now? Well, this is to maintain our leading position for these grades, especially in the aerospace segment, because this is promising us continuously growth over the next few years. Sounds fantastic. And as far as I remember, we first introduced those grades in 2024. Which product families are now added? Yeah. Now, I mean, the majority, which we are adding right now, is within Parting and Grooving, like Corocat QD or Corocat QI. But also, we are adding some articles within Corocat XS, as well as Coroturn 107. And what are the most important key features and benefits? Yeah. I mean, we are having now a hard, fine-grade substrate, which offers excellent flank and notchwell resistance. And also, the combination of a hard substrate and PVD coating, this allows us for having an increased higher tool life. I would like to talk to you about positioning, and more specifically, GC1105 versus GC1205. What's important to know here? I mean, first of all, it has a better notchwear resistance than 1105. And also, it has a better flagwear resistance as well. So, what does sales need to know? Yeah. I mean, the main priority here is on conversion. We have to make sure that our customers are converting from the old grade to the new grade. So, what does that mean for the product lifecycle management? Yes. So, once the new products will be introduced, we are putting the older equivalents to LCS30. And also, we will highlight the LCS40 date. Okay. Sounds good. So, it's super nice to have you here, but we need to wrap up. So, any final takeaway you would like to share? Yeah. I mean, I don't need to mention the word conversion again, but what I want to highlight also is here, we are putting this great technology to new articles and to new product families. And this is offering clear benefits towards our customers. Sascha, that sounds fantastic. Thank you so much for joining me in the studio. And now I have Åke and Leland with me in the studio. Hi. Hey, Isabella. And we are going to talk about Coroturn Plus. And Åke, what's new when it comes to hardware? Yeah, thank you. We were here in October, and now we are in the first time then in Coropac. So, we have worked hard to make a good foundation of hardware products on the shelf. So, the newest part here is the 90-degree holder. And then we can offer the 0, 45 in combination with the 90. So, we have 12 products that we have put on the stock. So, it's Coromon Capital C5, C6 and C8, and HSK 63 and 100. So, that is good. So, that is really good. And moving on to the software part of the tool. And Leland, that's your cup of tea. So, give us an update. Or you often get the question, like, what is the difference between viewer and connected? Could you explain? Yeah, the difference between viewer and connected. Viewer is you have a tablet or a computer connected to the tool. And you're machining and you have a passive way of getting the data. And connected is you're integrated into the machine, where now you can, the machine can take decisions, automated decisions based upon set limits. So, that is a big difference. Integration versus handheld or a computer tablet. Okay, that sounds logical. Thanks. And what is new within those two areas now? Well, the biggest feature, visible feature, would be the live reference comparison, where you can show a reference or a previous process in your live view. And it's triggered by an in-cut detection. And you can see the difference between your current process and a previous in the live view. And you can see if you're deviating. We also have settable alarms. So, as soon as you go in or out of the boundaries, you have these alarms that says, okay, warning, out of bounds. That would be the biggest for the visual. The next one would be on the connectivity side. The connectivity side is now we have the cutting data is synced with tool positioning. Also, you have configurable alarms that allow you to take, the machine can take decisions based upon limits. Should it stop and retract or should it change or override a feed rate or cutting speed? This can help quite a bit. If your cutting forces become too high, you can do some adjustments and you can reduce the cutting forces by changing some of the parameters. And there we can try to extend or get closer to a real end of life on the insert. Fantastic. Sounds like you've done quite a lot of research within software development and making our customers' processes more secure and reliable. Okay. Any final words you would like to share with the audience? Yeah, but now we have had the product out since six months back. We are really pleased now if the sales force actually can take the product to customers that we hear are very interested about the product and eager actually to get it in many places. So that should be really helpful for us. Thank you. Fantastic. So it's a great opportunity for sales. And thank you so much for joining me in the studio. Thank you. And now this is the end of the turning block of this session.
