Prime Snap добавョt? Good morning everyone and welcome to the second episode of our webinar. Today we will talk about new technology Coromant of tornitura and we will do it with Alessandro Losi. I am Alessandro Losi, specialist in products and applications of tornitura, so from the tornitura generale to the troncature and scalaw and filet. The specialist is the central figure that within Coromant of the group is occupant of particular issues of clients, but also the figure that is interface with the market and the casamata. Hello Alessandro! Hello Anna! How are you doing? Good! All right, what do you tell us today? Corotor PI is a innovative solution in which it is characterized by having, on an utensil unique, two cutlets, as you can see here in the film. The first one is a utensil with a very particular impression, the second one can either take what is left by the sotter, but also have the function of finishing in a non-convenient method. So, tell us a little bit about the characteristics and the benefits of Corotor PI. All right, the idea of Casamata in creating this utensil is that of the PI, and in fact, it is for Prime Interna, to go back to the concept of Prime, so, to have the attack very low angles, to allow the utensil to have the more advanced advanced, but also, in fun of the new geometry, to have a good control of the troncule. So, the characteristics are, to have a unique utensil, so, a unique setup, not the need to change between the sotter and the finisher, to optimize the control of the troncule, to increase the productivity, and, obviously, to reduce the cycle. Good. And where is it possible to apply it? All right, in reality, this utensil could be applied to go back to the front of the troncule, to go back to the front of the troncule. So, the main application is the one where, for example, the troncule is already close to the final diameter, so, in a pass-up of the troncule, with time and time and time very high, and, in finiture, if you want to get a rugosity, and, in a particular, we can use this piece. This is a bit of a general application. On the material, it can work on all the material, prevalent, even when there are problems of control of the troncule, and, in the insert, the one to gross it, has a bit of a viper, to improve the surface finish. So, in case there is no need to be a particular tolerance, but, you can use only a port of the pots at telefone. Who sells the pots! Well, Lucie! Alessandro, Allora. So, performed a coming up a E-PI. Alright? Alla Sonic cost republic. 我们 has, insptonMY, limited, VPE, 一, Ult, favourite, 二, 二, 一, In 할 plus 我們 also added, د, 大овор da 40, .... Okay, do you have any more technical considerations to suggest? Well, it is not an utensil, as you can see, it is not very easy, at least as a first Kito, to go and see, so, to visualize. In the meantime, the two tags, as you can see, are to consider with two different sets, so you will work with two different correttors. One interesting characteristic is that, in this case, for the cycle cycle, there is no need to change the rotation of the component, because both of them are in the right version, so this is not a problem. For the capto, there are no variations to do. For the case of the stainless steel, we indicate the maximum range, which is two times the diameter of the utensil. This is because, obviously, it is a very productive item, but then the stainless steel on the internal diameter can feel it. Another characteristic of these utensils is that we have tried to bring up the refrigeration, both on the front, depending on how they work out of the front or out of the pass, so that we can optimize the usage of the refrigeration, not only for coldness, but also for evacuating the utensils. It seems complex, however, the programmation of this utensil. What can you tell us? Yes, it is not easy. It is not easy. It is not easy. It is a simple, so, like, of primachito, but in reality, it is very simple. It is two linear paths, if it is, obviously, the cylinder component or, in case, are some profilatures, in case the component has some different gradations, or of diameter, but in support of this, Casa Madre has developed in Toolpath, a session dedicated to this utensil. So, just go and insert the dimension of the component, both the size of the component, both the grid and the finished, and the Toolpath, in just a few steps, will create the code for the machines. Toolpath is one of our digital products. I show you first, where you can find it. You can find it under the section of the website, in our website, in our website, Utensili, where you can find all our products, you can scroll down, and click on Digital Product, and here it is here, Toolpath, with all the other digital products, with all the other digital products. You can see the page of our website, and you can see that we have two possibilities, one is the version of the test, and one is the version of the test, for going to buy this software. Now we are here inside the Toolpath. What is the Toolpath? The Toolpath is a generator of code NC, so it allows us to create a design of the grid, and the design of the grid, or even using the coordinates, to get the program, so that we have the code NCISO to insert in our control, and then we will use it to work with our machine. As you can see, in the Toolpath, we have already used products, so what does it mean? It means that the Toolpath already considers our products, which are the Corretor PI, so the Prime Internal, the Corretor Prime, the Filet-Turah, we are adding to the toolpaths, which is also the toolpaths, which is the toolpaths, having the possibility of using these products in order to use the program NC, already done by the software. We start with the Corretor PI, the Internal Prime. Once clicked on the project, even if it is done, we can see that there are 4 or 5 operations, the operations that are already inserted, we start with the Task, where we can insert the Corretor Prime, which is already inserted, the types of operations, I can do it on the finish line, the finish line or both operations, I can also have a disposizione, if I already have a car, a machine with power and power, the maximum number of maximums, and also the way to create interpolations, the component. I have already imported a design of the piece to work, I can also import the design of the Grezzo, or I can also define it as I, as in this case I have already done, creating a bar where you can insert the external, the external, the internal and the length. A this point, you can see that it is very simple, I can also define the utensils, which is suggested in relation to the characteristics of the component to execute, and here we have already done the toolpath with parameters of the tagging, parameters of the tagging that can also be changed, so the length of the speed, the length of the pass, you can see that they are already defined, but they can also vary. It shows you also a simulation, so it shows you how to work the toolpath, the prime internal, I remind you, this is a solution with a utensil with two inserts, one for sgrossing in the conventional way, and, you can see, also, one part of interpolation that is left out of the grotto, the grotto, the grotto, the insertion, the profilature, he considers, according to the profile, if it is better to use the grotto or the grotto, and, here we go to the last pass in the method, the non-convenient method, with insertion, the finiture, to finish the profile of the component. Once this simulation is done, if it is what we like, we have already done the program to insert in the machine.
