Dear partners, we are in the milling section of this webinar and we are going to speak about rotating indexable and for that my colleague Sangram has joined us in the studio. Welcome. Thank you very much. So Sangram, you introduced the Coromill MS20 last Coropack and I think it's safe to say we're excited to hear how did it go? Absolutely. I mean MS20 is doing excellent in the field right now. After the introduction in 24.2 we have been selling really good in terms of our cutter body sales as well as inserts and at the same time we have been capturing a lot of success cases that has been coming from all the corners of the world I would say with MS20. That sounds fantastic. Absolutely. Can you share some of these cases with us? Yes. And in this particular forum I have brought in three different success cases that I would like to share. First one coming in from China and this particular test has been conducted at a pump and valve customer and against one of our prime ISO M competitor I would say. And you can see with the same cutting parameter we have got more than plus 200% tool life improvement as compared to the competitor here. I mean the test was stopped because the customer ran out of component. If you would have more component probably the tool life would have been even better as compared to the competitor here in this particular application. Second one coming in from United States of America and this test has been conducted in titanium and at one of our machine tool manufacturer Makino facility in a very controlled working environment. And you can see this test has been done against our Coromil 390-11 and with the same cutting parameter you can see the insert wear of Coromil MS20 has been much more reliable and much more controlled giving a plus 154% improvement in tool life. Third one coming in from Mexico and this particular test has been done in Incone L750X at one of our oil and gas customer again. And this time the competitor has been a solid round tools which have been really known for their low pricing I would say. Very competitive in terms of their pricing and because we are moving from a solid round tools to an indexable solution that is Coromil MS20 there have been some process improvement that has happened as well. And finally we could lead into 144% productivity at the same time 63% cost reduction at the customer base. That sounds very impressive. Absolutely. Thank you for sharing those cases. And Sangram, what do you have for us this Coropack? In this Coropack I would say we are coming up with 13 new articles of cutter bodies. These are CIS well done cutter bodies particularly for customers in Japan. We have been offering this solution as tailor made since 24.2 but then as the request came in we made this offer standard right now. Sounds fantastic. And do you have something else you would like to share? Yes. As a future introduction, I mean actually three days from now, we will make the MS20 assortment even stronger. We have been working with this periphery ground geometry EL50 and the S40T grid that we didn't introduce earlier. So now we are completing the assortment of MS20 in ISO MNS area and introducing these particular geometries as well. Perfect. Thank you so much for this update. Thank you very much. We are staying in the area of milling and I have the pleasure to welcome Daniel who has joined us in the studio. Hi. Hi Isabella. So Daniel, last time you were here in summer you were telling us about the fantastic MS60 and you also promised that you had something cooking. Yeah. You know at Rotating and Expo we are cooking all the time. And now we have released the fantastic Coromil MS40. I must say it looks sharp but also a bit different. Yes. The Coromil MS40 is a tangential milling cutter and that means that the inserts are mounted from the side, not as a traditional cutter where the inserts are mounted like this. And it has its pros. For example, you get the cutting force in the direction where the insert is the thickest. And you can also see that the core of the body is wider and becomes more stiff due to that the inserts are thinner. And in most of the cases we also have the opportunity to squeeze one more tooth into the cutter making them more dense. And looking at what operations you can do with the cutter, it really excels in shoulder milling and especially in side milling and repeated passes. But it can also do phase milling and full stop milling if you need it. But Daniel, to be honest here, it also looks a little bit like the same operations that the Coromil 490 can do. Yes, you are right, Isabella. They both have their pros and cons. And MS40 has, as we say, the stronger edge and more teeth in the cutter. But at the same time, Coromil 490 has a much broader assortment, having the possibility for more optimization with combination of grades and radius, for example. And talking about assortment, Coromil MS40 comes in two insert sizes, a small insert size and a bigger one. In cylindrical shanks, we can have the smaller insert size. And in arbor, we can have the smaller or the larger insert size. But we cover from 25 all the way up to 160 millimeters. So quite broad diameter range. Looking at the inserts, they are both available in both ground and direct pressed variants, different radiuses. And we have grades covering most of the materials that we want to machine. And I want to highlight this new super grade GC1230, which is available in all the variants that we have in this family. That is a sustainability booster with superior productivity and machining capabilities. Looks like we have a great assortment and the GC1230 is a very competitive grade for sure. Do you have some customer cases or data that you can share? Yeah, I actually have a customer case where we use GC1230. And what we did at this customer was that we turned the coolant off, which is very good for the sustainability. For many reasons, not just environmental. It's also the handling of the coolant and for the working environment for the operators. And by turning off the coolant pump, you reduce the carbon dioxide output with at least 20%. And in the end, we doubled the tool life. So we need to do something with the tool life. But that's another story. Well, sounds fantastic. Daniel, you said at Rotating Indexable, there's always something cooking. Can you share an appetizer with us? The cooking never ends. Yeah, I have something for the coming year.
