our Pokémon expectation And we're digging right into the drilling section of this webinar. And I have the pleasure to welcome my colleague Michael with me in the studio. Hello, welcome. Hello, Isabella. So, Michael, I don't think we're exaggerating when we're saying that the CoroDrill DE10 is the best exchangeable tip drill on the market. How has your perspective been on the launch so far? Yeah, it's been great since launch. We have a lot of customer activities, high involvement from different people in the organization, including our partners. Fantastic. Could you remind our viewers what makes this tip drill so special? Yeah, I will do. So, we're talking about the CoroDrill DE10, where we say it's time for change. We have a drill, productive, sustainable, where we don't need any pilot drill. Offers a good hold quality, good tool life, and a plug-and-play approach, and a robust drill body and drill tip interface. Using this key to assemble the drill tip, the M5 geometry, and the AC to apply approach. And, of course, we are targeting holes. And the time for change and redefining the plug-and-play approach. Well, thanks to the unique M5 geometry, where we actually can apply a wide range of cutting data. That is one of the key things with this product launch. And what's the keys for successful drilling then? Well, we're talking about the robust drill body and the robust interface to take care of the drill tip, achieving a good hold quality and a great tool life. And plug-and-play, also very important when it comes to our end users. We do know we have a skillscape out there. We need to have a wide range of cutting data to be applied. We also can drill without any pilot drill up to 8 times D in depth. And to benefit from the concept the most is by applying the productivity. So, by applying high feeds in the applications, we actually see an average feed increase opportunity up to 40 % when applying the Corridrill DE10. And 40% increase of feed also contributes a lot to sustainability. And it reduces the CO2 emissions by 20%. Another customer need that we actually are familiar with is some customers, they also expect a longer tool life. And 40% is the figure we, you could say, summarize market validation and field testing on this product. So, up to 40% increase of tool life in average is what we offer. Fantastic. Thank you for this overview. Now, Michael, you already mentioned the M5 geometry. Could you remind us what makes this geometry stand out? Yep. Well, we are talking about the one geometry with no compromise on performance. We are able to drill all workpiece materials. And we say it's a versatile and with a unique one fits all design. To be able to drill all these materials then and combine with all different types of components and machines out there, we also need to be able to apply the different cutting datas. And as always, we have a recommended cutting data. You could say start value. But we also do know that some customers, they have limitations like RPM or stability. And then we are able to apply lower cutting data, but still with a really good performance. But also, another important aspect is the productivity, to be able to run and drill the hole as fast as possible. And we have this capability in the concept and in the M5 geometry. Impressive. Simple, versatile and competitive. Now, Michael, tell us what exciting things are we launching in October? Yep, I will do. Yes, this core pack, we are extending the assortment. And we are talking diameters down to nine. So down to 11, we released in June. Down to diameter 10, we will release September 1st. And down to diameter 9, we will release October 1st. The official core pack date. And this drill tip extension will also then, of course, include also drill body 3, 5 and 8 times D in length. And we also will introduce the tailor-made assortment for drill bodies and drill tips. So going to the next slide to show the assortment overview that we now have on CoroDrill DE10. We are talking diameters nine up to 17.9. We are talking 3, 5 and 8 times D drill bodies, both metric and inch assortments. M5 geometry, two different grades. And then on top of this, we introduced two new cap families, D290 and I290 for drill bodies and drill tips. And drill bodies is different lengths between 2 and 8 times D in diameter. And drill tips is available in increments of 0.01 of a millimeter in diameter. Fantastic. Thank you so much for the overview. So we have a really strong offer here. Do we have a customer case that you could share with us? Yes, of course. I found a really good customer case that I think is relevant for the complete presentation. It connects quite good. We are talking about removing pilot drilling in the application. And also that the customer challenge was that the cycle time was a little bit too long. He wanted to reduce. And going to this slide, we are talking about the reference on the left hand side in the table. On the cutting data, 80 meters in speed and we increased to 110. We are talking about feed from 0.17 up to 0.3. This, together with removing the pilot drill, gives us a great contribution in the aspect of productivity and also the tool life. So with this result, we also have a really good contribution to sustainability. So we are talking about reducing CO2 emissions with 59% in this case. So that was, I think, good and relevant customer case. Yeah, that's impressive case for sure. And now you already mentioned sustainability. Can you walk us through how does the Corridor DE10 support sustainable manufacturing? Yeah, I will do. Well, we have seen today different aspects on productive sustainability. So by applying the higher productivity, we reduce energy consumption. So that is one way to go. We also do know that some customers want longer tool life instead. And when having longer tool life, both on the drill body but also on the drill tip, we also reduce the usage of tools and carbide. And on the right hand side, we are talking about the workplace safety using the safe and environmental friendly mounting key as one example. So this contributes to the productive sustainability. So we're serving various customer needs while also advancing sustainability. Yeah, definitely. That's great. So, Michael, as we wrap things up, is there anything you'd like to share with our viewers? Yeah. Why not end this presentation with a short summary? We are talking about Corridor DE10, being able to drill most workpiece materials, achieving good tolerance tolls and also within all industry segments. And to be able to deliver this in a successful way, we also then have a couple of unique selling points. We are talking low cost per hole, many drill tip changes per drill body, sustainable and safe, achieving good hole quality and the plug and play approach. Keep in mind the wide range of cutting data that you can apply. And these unique selling points are then coming from the product itself. We are talking a robust drill body, the interface and the drill tip. We have a great pretension interface to clamp the drill tip. And we also have in the end a very strong drill body.
