We have a very exciting new offer coming up and that is our CoroThread 500 next generation orbital thread mill and more information for you has now Niladri and Corey so over to you please. Thank you,Isabella .We are introducing CoroThread 500, a highly reliable third-curb or vital thread mill designed for internal threading in blind and through -hole applications across a wide range of materials. With this introduction, the new offer will be replacing the older R217 or vital thread mill platform with the next generation solutions. This tool offers exceptional flexibility and process security across a broad range of materials, thread forms, sizes and applications. And in true sense, it's a tool designed for flexibility and optimized for process security. Some of the main features and benefits include the reinforced neck and shank design enhancing stability and process reliability. The chatter-free technology reducing vibrations at 3 and 4 times overhands. Internal coolant on selective variants. The new optimized grades with harder substrates made for multi-material applications and aerospace applications. The short thread length and moderate number of teeth allowing lower deflections at larger fields. And the new state of the RPET coating providing excellent tool life and minimized radius corrections to name a few. In addition to all this, these tools are comparatively priced at market level and below the outgoing R217 thread mills. From application perspective, the tools are positioned as the preferred solution for difficult materials, deep threads and high value components where process security is the key buying factor. Typical applications include the aerospace casings, hydraulic blocks, cylinder heads, medical implants and electronic components to name a few. Although this product cannot be reconditioned, the tools are recyclable and can help reduce the environmental impact. We encourage our customers to use the Sandvik Corbin certified recycling service. And for more information, use the link provided. To cover the sortment and success cases, I will now hand it over to Kodi Carpenter. Hello everyone. I'm Kodi Carpenter, Global Application Specialist for Homemaking. Here we're going to start with the comparison in the overall offer of the phasing out R217 orbital thread mill to the new core thread 500. You can see we have increased across the board the number of articles, including stock variants, as well as you can see the non-stock standards, thread forms and thread size options. We've added lengths up to 4 times D through coolant options as well, and in the longer variants of the 3 times D and the 4 times D, the chatter free technology. This is still a multi-material tool, but has a working range hardness of up to 40 at Rockwell C, so we've taken away the ISOH recommendation for these harder materials. The first success case, this was a test to show the performance and the tool life of a user applying the exact conditions from Toolguide, as if a user came to the system to spec out an M6x1 thread, 316L stainless threading 14 millimeters deep. As you can see, we've hit the estimated tool life and actually ended the testing early due to time that we had at the center. Key things to note with this is that we achieved this tool life without any radius corrections throughout the life of the tool, and we maintained a one pass strategy. No spring cuts, no allowance cuts. The second test was a customer test in a ring with 20 holes per part in a P15 steel that was rated in the P5.0 material group. The customer set the baseline of 32 holes on a three pass strategy in this M2x0.4 thread. While we optimized the cutting data, we maintained the same table feed, but we've reduced the number of passes to the one pass strategy and increased the tool life by 400% and achieving 160 holes. So these success cases were shown specifically to show how these tools have the ability to perform in a wide range of materials and applications in a one pass strategy, and isn't something to be feared to provide added benefit to the customers. All right, so finally, we have the ending summary slide. Highly key features on the new assortment range, design features, and working ranges of the tool. The T500 is a great option, especially for customers needing secure machining and demanding materials, and deeper thread and long overhang situations. With that, stay tuned for the sales guide, which will have more in-depth information, technical know-how, and how to apply methodologies. Thank you all very much for your time. And now back to the studio. Thank you so much, Niladri and Cori, for sharing those insights about the upcoming new offer. And to you, dear channel partners, all sales and marketing materials will soon be available on Partner Portal. Thank you so much for watching. Thank you.
