What is the most important thing to do? Working for Sandvik Coromant is for me a dream come true.There are many reasons why I love working in this company,but I want to highlight two. Number one is learning culture. Sandvik Coromant is making a huge effort on promoting a learning culture among the employees. Being courteous, learning from each other,having access to a huge amount of training material.This is fantastic. And we are also responsible for our own development within the company. I feel very much inspired by this way of working because it makes it so much fun coming to work every day. Number two is the work-life balance.Being a mom of a one-year-old I very much appreciate the flexibility that Sandvik provides me with in order to be able to combine my private with my work-life .So I can just say that Sandvik is a fantastic place to work.
