Hello and welcome to this demonstration video where I will show you how to get improved cutting data recommendations by defining your machine tool in CoroPlus tool guide The first thing you need to do is to find CoroPlus tool guide on the Sandvik Coromant web and enter the tool guide Once you're here you start by defining your application that you will be doing In this example I will select a face milling operation Here you can define your work piece and operation you will be doing When you are done you click get results In this screen you are presented with a tool recommendation and also suitable cutting data for your operation If you want to improve your recommendation by defining your machine tool further You start by clicking the name of the machine to the top left here Here you see you get a list with different machine types In this example I am going to select a multitask machine I will remove the option of external coolant by clicking this icon here You can also click the checkbox to the right I will also define a specific coupling type I want So I start by going to the coupling section and then pressing none Which removes all the available options And then I select the one I would like to use In this case I will select Coromant Capito C6 When you are done with customizing your machine tool options You click once again the button get results And you are presented with a new cutting tool and new cutting data suitable for your operation and your machine tool Thank you and good luck
