The NSH Group is a private-owned company and consists of several independent companies or brands. 95% of our projects worldwide are so-called turnkey projects. And a turnkey project means we not only deliver the machine, we're also providing technical technology solutions. And not all of this job can be done by ourselves. We need strong partners outside our company. And Sandvik Coromant is one of the main partners we have when we're talking about technology, application and so on. The collaboration between us and Sandvik Coromant was a cool situation because we work with different experts together and it was difficult to bring the view of each of the experts to one single view because we have to deliver a functioning machine and Sandvik Coromant have to deliver a functioning CoroPlus software. But this doesn't fit together at the beginning of the project. The biggest challenge in this project for us and I guess also for Sandvik Coromant was to find a solution which allowed us to manufacture machining internal holes on such a complex part for the aircraft or aerospace industry where we never see any resolve from the early beginning because you can't see anything if you do internal machining. So therefore, the issue of the process monitoring was one of the key issues and that was the greatest challenge we faced in this project. And from the beginning, we are a little bit skeptical about the final result, whether we can reach these requirements. But on the end of the day, I have to say we are really successful. The most interesting thing for me was the ambition to run closed-door machining. So these machines will run in a cell where they are automatically loaded and unloaded by a gantry and the workpiece will stay the entire production cycle in the machine. That means tools are changed automatically. The long boring bars or the Silent Tools Plus boring bars are changed automatically without any operator intervention. And as a result for the customer is that he can use this machine for a complex part without taking them out the part, move it to another machine, lose his production time, and finally he can finish the product in his quality, what he is needed or his customers needed. Silent Tools makes it possible to machine long overhang components. We have some sensors included for measuring vibrations, deflections, temperature, so we can control with this system the process inside the part. We can use information from the bar, from the process, direct in communication with the machine in the NC and PLC. The main values for the customer are that he can drive more speed, he can drive faster, he is more productive than before. When we talk about sustainability, then we can secure with this product a lot of energy, cutting time, and also our process time. It's very good control. It's very good control. And that's why we are on a new level. Together with the solution we have developed, together with Sandvik Coromant, open us a door in a market of aerospace industry products, which on the end of the day came up to a result that the customer already ordered five further machines for his facility in Canada. So that's a very good result. Finally it runs. And all the other stuff is forgotten.
