Hello and welcome, now we gonna talk about the Coroplus 2 library integration with Mastercam, we will show the benefits of having integration with Mastercam, and later on I will show a short demonstration about how it works in Coroplus 2 library within Mastercam, so let's begin, let's have a look how to create a detailed cutting tool in Mastercam today, so, Cam programmer and production engineer define and download 3D model from different website and sources, and they need to find the right information and sometimes interpret data and collect 3D model, once the models are collected they try to put things together to build an assembly, and then depending on the cam software you need to position and orient the tool in a right way, so that you can utilize in machine simulation, the majority of the cam software they don't support 3D model, therefore you need to create a parametric tool definition, and then the final step you need to connect the 3D model with parametric tool definition, to make a detailed cutting tool in the cam software, in this case the Mastercam, so ease of the step what we observe, it takes 5 to 7 minutes when you are an expert designer, so summing up, it takes 25 to 30 minutes for every tool assembly, so there is a better way integrating Coroplus 2 library to save time, so Coroplus 2 library is an easy to use tool management software designed to seamless transfer of tooling data, and then the simulation software, so it helps user to create, store and manage 3D assemblies, reduce time spent finding and defining cutting tools, eliminate the need to manually search and interpretation of data from different websites, and allow you to find the right tool for the job machine and workpiece material, in addition it also smoothly transfer tooling data to Mastercam, that increase efficiency and security in cam programming, improve speed and machining efficiency, from version 2024, we have been supporting milling, drilling, trapping and reaming tools, in 2026 version we have a support for turning, threading and parting, and grooving tools, let's have a demonstration how it works in Mastercam, Hello, to show the capability of the integration, I will use a simple component as you can see, a mailing component, and to connect Coroplus 2 library with Mastercam, you simply go here, cam extensions, and underneath you will find Mastercam, depending on your Mastercam version, you will download different add-in, so user simply install that, after installing, you will find a button in Mastercam, I will show you how it works, so in this demonstration, I will use this component, and also planning to use a turning component, or rotating component, you can simply click parameters, it will take you to this tool area, and you right click here, and then you will find a button, Coroplus 2 library add-in. Before we show, as you can see, I have a facing milling operation, it has a tool, I would like to replace this tool, with another tool, I have available in Coroplus 2 library. So, I will click here, go in this space, right click, open Coroplus 2 library add-in. It shows the existing tool. There are three options available in this plugin, and say import tool assembly, or you can get tool recommendation. When we have a tool recommendation, or tool available, you could also get cutting data, for the existing tool. I will also show that. So, simply, I would like to import a tool, that I have already built, and available in my Coroplus 2 library. For the first time user, you may need to log in. You navigate to the area, and then, let's say I want to utilize this tool. I can see what are the components, I can see what are the cutting data sets are available. To utilize this tool, you simply use send to Mastercam. So, Mastercam has processed the data, and imported the tool, according to their way. And together, you will also see the cutting data sets, also bring here. So, now you see different value, depending on my choice. So, normally, you will have the same component, so material will not change. But, let's say I want to use this P material data. I can simply press OK. And now, press OK one more time. Then you can validate the toolpath, if it looks OK with the tool. So, now I can simulate the cutting operation with the imported tool, imported tool from CorePlus tool library. Once I'm satisfied, I can close that, and I can go back. So, if I would like to import another set of cutting data, let's say for this tool, you mark the tool, simply right click on that, and you will find CorePlus tool library button. And in this case, I will also see the three cutting data set. Let's say I want to bring another data set, depending on my operation. or machine. So, here we have possibility to choose a different machine. Here we have possibility to define another material that I would like to use for my component. You can get cutting data set. So, now you can also see that the selected materials are here. Since I have, I have, I have the selected insert and tool, the application knows what you can do with this tool. You can simply go forward, and let's say I can do the plane surface with this tool. I can define the depth. I can define width of my component and the length. Then, you can also define machines you would like. Otherwise, you can just get tool recommendation. One important note, if you don't find cutting data recommendation, you can use, you know, universal machine or the powerful machine that will give cutting data recommendation. It's a similar way. You can also see the solution board or more detail on the cutting data and other alternatives. But if you are satisfied, you can mark it, give a name, my data set. Press apply here. And then, press the apply button. So, in this case, since the tool is already imported, I don't need to import a new tool. Instead, I get a new cutting data set. My cutting data with the information. So, I can use that engineering toolpath. Another important use case I would like to demonstrate. Let's say, I have this geometry, a pocket that I would like to manufacture. And then, I don't know what tool to use. I would like to get tool recommendation from Sanvi command. I will go parameter, right click, and Coroplus tool library add in. Then, instead of importing, I will go get tool recommendation. That will allow me to select the task machine material. And then, it will provide me a list of compo, list of tools that can do this job. So, I will go this slot. And then, it looks like this feature. I will specify the definition of the task. And specify the width, 30 millimeter. And the length is 45. You can choose machine material, or it's automatically selected when you have selection here. You get result. So, now you see I have two assemblies that I can use it. Or if I want to build an assembly, that is also fine. So, let's say I want to build an assembly, or maybe from that item. As a, so you can just simply click, build tool assembly. You can add an adapter, multiple adapter. In this case, I can mark one of the item. I can continue to add an adapter. Now, I can give a name. Press a button. Once the assembly generation is complete, it will send the data to Mastercam. Utilize. So, now the tool is imported. You will also find the cutting data. And that is generated during the tool recommendation process. You can simply press OK. And then, press OK. And then, new toolpath will be generated from that tool. So, it's a little bit bigger tool. But you can also go back and change the tool. And re-import again. To make sure that you can utilize that in a better way. Hello and welcome. Just to illustrate how to bring turning tool in Mastercam. Currently, I'm using Mastercam 2026. Beta version. We are still developing the capability. How to bring turning tools. Parting and grooving and threading tools. And it's the same procedure. You simply mark the parameter. And right click on that. It will open CorePlus2 library add-in. And either you can get tool recommendation. Or if you have already built an assembly. That you would like to bring. I have built one assembly. Something like that. It has a tool and an insert. There's no cutting data. So, let's bring that. And I can also generate cutting data afterwards. So, I will import this assembly. Press send button. It will import the turning tool with right information. So, now the tool has been imported. There's no cutting data available. I can press OK. Or I can directly get another set of cutting data. For this tool. Since the tool and insert already imported. It recognize what tool and insert. And then. Since the component is using a aluminum. I'll select this material. And then. You can do external turning. Since I would like to do. Kind of shoulder operation. You can specify the dimension. For example. 80 here. 43. Down 100. Corner radius 5 for instance. You try to get result. If there's no result available. You can mark all the adaptive interface. Because the tool has different adaptive interface. And now you get a. A tick data recommendation. You can simply press apply. And this OK button. Now. I can see. There are two data set. One is facing. And another is. Longitudinal turning. So. I will use this. In facing operation. So. This is the tool. I have imported. You can press OK. And now. And now. The tool path. Has been generated. Based on the imported tool. And cutting data. So. So. This same tool. Can be. Used to. To generate. The roughing operation. For example. Currently. We have this. Tool path. I would like to replace that. I simply go there. And similarly. I can mark that one. Open core plus two. In this case. I will choose. A longitudinal turning. Instead of. Pacing. And we. Mark OK. Then cutting data. Will be used. For this. Operation. OK. OK. OK. OK. OK. OK. OK. OK. OK. OK. Before I end the session. I would like to highlight. There are. Some more integrations. Available. With. Core plus two library. So. Depending on their capability. We have different. Type of integration. Some are more tightly integrated. Some are more. One way data flow. So. I would also like. To highlight. The recent integration. We have. Done. With core plus two. Supply. As you have seen. That. You can build. Assembly. In core plus two. Library. Find the right tool. For your job. And. Send data. To camp software. For. Simulation. And verification. Early in. Process and operation planning. Planning. However. We have. Also. Possibility. To send data. To shop floor. Management. Software. So. The integration. Breaches the gap. Between. Tool selection. And. Purchasing. And. Physical. Tool management. Solution. The primary goal. Is to streamline. The. Tool logistic. Enhance. Inventory management. And. Even. Enhance. Smarter. Decision making. Using. Purchasing tool. During design. Planning. Phase. So. You can do. Smarter. Tool selection. By. Using. Existing tool. That. Are. Available. In your stock. And. Shop floor. Similessly. Tens for data. From. Tool library. To. Supply. Form. Logistics. And. Customer. Can. Make. Informed. Tool. Persizing decision. Through. Enhanced insight. And. Use of. Existing tool. I can demonstrate. Functionality. In. Our. Tool library. So here. When you build an assembly. You. Can. Send. This data. To. Core. Do. The job. Once. It is. Verified. You can. Send. This data. To. Core. Plus. Tool supply. And. You can. Also. See. The stock. Availability. For. Individual items. Plus. Tool supply. You can. Also. See. What items. Are. Available. Your stock. And. Then. You can. Utilize. If. You are. In. Hurry. Or. If. You want. To. Use. As. As. As. As. As. Easily. Find. Items. And. Utilize. Reuse. As. As. As. Possible.
