Hello, in this demonstration video I will show you how to search for a tool and calculate cutting data on the Sandvik Coromant web. You start by finding the tool you would like to use, in this case I will use the search area in the top and paste my ordering code. This way I can find the tool I'm looking for. On this page I can see details about the tool, but I also have at the top of the page as well as the end of the page a button where it says calculate cutting data. And this is where I click to get cutting data recommendation. This will take me into Coroplus tool guide. And once I'm here I will need to define the application I will be doing with the tool. In this example I will choose a shoulder milling operation. I will also need to define the work piece a bit further. In this area I also have the option to choose which work piece material I will be using. In this case I will use ISOP. When I'm ready I click get results. And in the next screen I'm presented with a cutting tool recommendation, which is the tool I already selected from the web. And also suitable cutting data. By clicking solution board I can see the details of the cutting data. Good luck and thank you.
