and welcome to process planning or TINA 2.0 MVP. So we call it MVP because we will can say add more capabilities over the time. So I will describe what is included in the current current workflow and what is not included yet. But we will definitely looking for user feedback to evolve the solution. So I'm Moshar Hussain working as a product owner for Coror Plus 2 library. So let's move into next. So before we dive into our presentation, so it will be a mix of PowerPoint presentation and live demo in the application. So safety is our number one priority. Please make sure you are aware of the safety procedure at your location. You are aware of the emergency exit and assembly point at your location. If you are working in a production facility, you may need protective equipment and you are aware of emergency number and access to have a fast aid kit. So since it's a big gathering, psychological safety is also important for us. So it means we include all, share knowledge and even conform to everyone's contribution. So health and wellbeing, since it will be one hour meeting and online, please feel free to change your position or stand up if needed. But there will be no break because it's almost an hour. And digital security is also important. So by being cautious and they use methods and tools that are provided by the company and help to serve everyone. So if we move on, these are the agenda we tried to cover during today. So we basically briefly overview the purpose behind this TINA 2.0 initiative. What was the reason? And then we have conducted a series of, you can say, feedback analysis from different people to understand their needs. I will touch upon a few of them. And then what we are introducing as a product or process planning, we call it. And then where we are today from the development point of view. So we have kind of planned a scope and then where we are on that scope. There are some limitation and consideration when initiating that project. And then we will show a live demo in the application. And then we will explain what is coming up next. And there will be a Q&A session. So I expect that we can finish up our presentation around 45 minutes. But then after that, we can take your questions. But please feel free to write in the chat. We have some colleagues who will try to answer during my presentation. All right, moving in. A little bit of background of process planning or TINA 2.0. So why we have started that. So as you know, the current TINA, there is no maintenance or development since 2023. So there are many components are getting outdated. And then we look at the capability on the high level and observe that digital offering, basically the core plus product has the necessary capabilities or foundation as a replacement of the existing TINA. And then we have also looked into core mental web or TABP that has the capability to show the price. And also you can say the quotation creation flow basically there. On the other hand, there's a little bit limitation on the ABP side to allocate more resource to have a better solution. And therefore we initiated the project and the sales PMO. They are supporting and leading the change. And then we will conduct some more training if needed over the time. So the requirement analysis, as a part of our requirement analysis, we have conducted a series of interviews. And then we actually interviewed more than 35 people in different regions and functions to understand their current way of working and understanding and understanding their key pain points. So that feedback basically gives us some good insight. Currently, the user, they use different application. Like they use TINA, Tool Guide, Tool Library, Online Tool Assembler, Web, CAD CAM, Excel, PowerPoint to create a quotation. So there's multiple disconnected application and copy paste information from different sources. And that leads to, you can say, a more time, even high risk of error. Yeah. And we also observed that there are different ways of working in different regions actually. And then the current ENA is based on 2D-centric workflow. So from that we have kind of defined a FISA state, where we want to be. And there we kind of develop, we are developing the capabilities around it. So we are thinking to have one platform that will be connected and then the collaborative and consistent result. Basically the same way of working across the world. And then it will have a seamless collaboration, faster and quicker tool and cutting data recommendation. And also faster quotation creation with confidence. Or you can verify the quotation integrating the CAM workflow or simulation workflow basically. And then we will move towards more 3D-centric instead of 2D-centric, since customers are also moving towards the 3D space. So from that future wishes, we are developing this called process planning. So there is no separate application, such called TINA 2.0. It is a part of Core Plus 2 library. And it is a modern connected way to plan project and generate engineering document and finally create the quotation for the customer. So it will streamline the process planning or quotation flow by integrating different application. And instead of copy pasting information from different sources. We have also introduced called shared workspace. There it will enhance the collaboration between colleagues and even later is possible to collaborate with the customer and partner. Since tool library has connection to CAM, so it's kind of easy to combine this capability and get more accurate process planning. And then that will lead to faster quotation generation. So I will show those capabilities leaving my demo. So these are high level persona where it can be utilized. So we have identified like maybe application specialist, font line sales, account manager, project manager, that they can use this solution. And we have identified function. It could be engineering project department or machine tool or tool-op machining project and those kind of things. So this function can be, yeah, they can use our tools to generate the quotation. So industrial segment, there's no limitation in that sense. So small, medium and large company can use that. And then as a start, we have used the standard product where the life cycle stay from 20 to up more, basically. So if we move on. So these are the scope, the initial scope, we can say we have identified to cover. So we have developed workspace or tenant service that will allow the user to share resource. So the resource in this case, it can be machine material, assemblies, project can be shared with partner, co-worker and customers. So we have created a project service that centralizes all the information needed to create a project for a customer. We have developed customer service that allows to manage customer specific project. The customer, you can also get the customer from CRM Dynamics. So we choose CRM Dynamics because there we have a prospect customer together with the existing customer. So we can create the engineering document or process plan even before the customer becomes the real customer in our system. So then after that, we have developed assembly connection to the project. It's possible to link assemblies, add items, add spare parts, even any fixture, for example. Even you can add, you can say, our digital product when you want to code it. So I'll show some of these there. And then the component and operation management, we are developing currently now. You will see or we will inform when those are ready. And then after that, we have made the integration with Cormant Web to transfer the tooling data or basically the item data to Cormant Web where you can see the price and create quotation for the customer. So you can choose the right customer and then create the quotation for them. So the customer will see the final outcome from this flow. So another way of looking at it. So in, you can say, tool library and tool guide, we will support more on this project management, work plan or process planning, machine assemblies, list of operation, and then tool and cutting data recommendation will come from tool guide, where the engineering part will happen. And then it will generate list of items and transfer that item information to Cormant Web. And there customer can see the created quotation and web will, you can say, facilitate creating quotation through ABP and display it and manage it. So there are many, you can say, a few different department or application involved to make things happen and simplify our life. Let's see. All right. So moving in. So there are some limitations or consideration in the current development or the product we are developing process planning. So currently we are supporting only the standard product. You can actually do, you can add a special or tailor-made, but there will be limitation on getting the right price and things like that. But yeah, you can create some items. Anyway, then the PDR is not included. I mean, you can say we didn't want to spend more time on this right now because the pricing department is investigating. So you can continue to use the existing flow in CRM Dynamics, but we will hear more about later. And then CRM Dynamics is kind of our master for getting the prospect customer. So it's kind of a good flow if you create a customer in CRM first and then use this in tool library. That's a good way to connect customer project to customer number. And then in the demo, I will show workspace, project management, customer connection, assembly management, and web integration. So before we jump into the demo, maybe I was thinking if we can show a little bit of use case. So if I consider myself as a, let's say, frontline sales or application specialist, maybe a customer request me to get a tooling proposal. And customer provided me a few more information like, okay, what is the customer number for instance? And what is the component? And I receive a 3D model from the customer, something like that. And then I know the material and machine information from the customer. So that would be a good enough information to start creating proposal for the customer. And then the objective is to create a, let's say, develop a complete and verify tooling solution. So make sure that it works so we don't get any return of the tool. So that's why it's important to verify the tooling solution before we propose to the customer and create a quotation with the, you can say, in a very short time. So to do that, I actually draw another simplified workflow just to show here how I will do. So I will use CorePlus Tool Library, the process planning capability, where I can use Tool Guide to get tooling recommendation and then tooling recommendation will be transferred to the CAM software. And when I verify the tool is good enough to produce the component without any collision, I can use the tool to create a project and transfer the tooling data to web to continue with the quotation flow. But here we have connection to CorePlus Tool Supply. So if we get the connection to Customer Workspace, we can actually reuse their data. So that customer doesn't need to buy new tools. Instead they can reuse some of the tools if they want to. But there's also possibility to do it here in Tool Library. So you can mark some of the item favorites. And then you can reuse some of the assemblies or items as it is needed. All right, so let's jump into our Tool Library solution. We go here. So to access Tool Library, you can go, if you don't have any URL like this, you can go to our CoreMont website and then find all softwares on the product. There we have a list of digital offerings or our product solutions. There you can click on the CorePlus Tool Library that will, basically you can start open the application. So once you open the application, then you will come to this space, the first space. If you don't have any assembly, you might get the empty list. But typically there are two workflows in CorePlus Tool Library. One is you can create list of assemblies through this option. If you know the tool or some geometric information, you can filter based on the tool. The other option we have is called by application. So here, tool guide can be used here. Or I can maybe quickly show you. So you can click this turning, for instance, and it will go to the turning area. You can pick one of the tool or you can navigate to more details if you want to do that. So if you mark some of the items for very typically shown here. Let me pick one of these. Just for doing a similar building. And then you can find the adaptive items. If we have a connection to CorePlus Tool Supply, you can see what are the adapters. If you want to use the devices available or if you are in the stock. And that can be used to build an assembly. Instead of you can say, ask customer to buy it. So here, if I just take this one as an example. Here you can see how many items are available and where it is available. So I can reuse this adapter to build an assembly, for instance. Okay, I will just skip it. So I will show that soon in the process planning. And there we can find the right tool. So we can choose one of these area. If the customer provided non-rotating component, we go this way. And then rotating, we basically open that one. So I will show that one, but not in tool library. Instead, I will do it in CAM software. And then I will try to connect that to a customer project. That if you remember this work or information here. So what I will do, I have uploaded that in Mastercam for instance. And then I will just show one operation. And then it can be done the rest by the user. Or we are planning to implement some automatic feature recognition. So there will be many different operations for this component. So let's say in this case, I just want to do this roughing operation or external turning. So I can just simply pick this profile. There I want to do the roughing operation. And mark yes. And then I can find the right tool for this particular feature. And then as you remember that I have, let's say got the information from the customer. This is the material. And maybe I can use the medium-sized turning center. So you can define your own machine tool that can be used to get the tool recommendation for this particular component. So here it's possible to add the new machines. Or if you want to change the material, you can actually go there and material should be locked in. So I'll skip that part. So now I will go get tool recommendation. It is also possible to get a list of assembly. I mean, it's kind of the same thing. What you see here is exactly the same. So we see a different tool library is a modular kind of application. So we basically embed some of the module into the CAM software. So depending on the capability. So that view is exactly the same view we have in here in tool library, my assemblies. So user can decide where he wants to work, either in CAM. So then they don't need to leave the CAM. But it's also possible to work in tool library and then simply transfer the tooling data to CAM software. So let's say I will choose this one, get tool recommendation. And as you can see the material and machine are already selected. It also recognizes I want to do that turning operation. In some way I can pick external turning. I can specify some geometric information. It is also possible to get some geometric information, but it takes some effort. So, but we will include in the later version of process planning or into library process. Anyway, so I would like to get left-handed tool. So I can get result for this operation. And one good thing I can see that, okay, I can reuse the same tool instead of building a new one. So one tool can be used for multiple operation and so on. But anyway, just I can pick one randomly from here. So here you get cutting data. It is possible to adjust the cutting data here as well if needed. Anyway, so I'll just pick one. Fill tool assembly. I can pick one adapter in this case. And then if I need to apply some filter that we can do. For example, if I want to do machine side connection code, we can use Korman Capital. And then you can pick a filter on the sides. Otherwise you can just leave it for now. So we can pick item from here or we can also apply a stock available item. So it will show that, okay, those are two items available. I can use it in this assembly building. So my assembly is ready basically to check if that can do the job. I can give the name. So I can use a demo tool. We can use the description here. We save it. Once the SAP process is complete, it will transfer the tooling data to CAM software because it knows that, okay, I have started from MasterCAM. So these are integrated. There is no manual copy pasting of the data from different sources. Otherwise, if you use tool guides separately or tool leverage separately, you need to connect them and then, you know, put it in the CAM software and it takes a lot of effort. And as you can see, we also get the cutting data as well for this operation since I started from tool guide. It is also possible to generate another set of cutting data for different operation or machine or material combination for the same tool. Okay. So I will just agree on that. I will just press okay. So I will just say, okay, and it takes a lot of time if user do that manually because the user needs to import all of these two or you can say it contains three item. So if you want to import that manually, it takes a lot of effort. But you can, you need to import all three solid separately. You need to define parameters and position over again. So it takes a lot of effort if you don't have the integration possibility. So we pick this one that just correctly bring. And now it's generated the tool path and you can simulate and make sure there is no collision and it can do the job. And it is also possible like if you think something is wrong or you want to reduce the size or depth, whatever, you can just simply go back and rebuild the assembly and bring it again. So it takes a very less time compared to doing it manually. All right. So I'm satisfied with this tool. Now I want to create a proposal for the customer. I go back to the tool library and just to show you this assembly is also available in tool library now. This is the tool I just used or built from CAM software. So I go to my project now. And then if you remember, this is the customer I want to create a proposal for. And actually I am connected to the customer. The frontline sales has the possibility to switch the customer if they want to. So I will copy that number. I will go here, create a new project. You can say my webinar project. You can have a description. Another good thing is, as you can see, we have a workspace already connected. So this is my active workspace. And you can see I have shared this workspace to my colleague. So whatever I do, my colleague will see, depending on his role. It is possible to switch the workspace or possible to create a new workspace if I want to collaborate with someone else. There it is possible to administer the access control. For example, here I have added Pontus and he is a contributor in this project or workspace. But I can also make him an owner or leader depending on what we're going to do. And it's possible to add many different contributors in this workspace if you want to. So this is my active workspace. I will cancel that one. I will use the standard one. And then I want to create a project for this particular customer. I'll go. And here we have integration to CRM Dynamics. And it is possible to search the customer number or the company name, etc. So I will just pick one of these. And then finally I will just say, okay, create a customer project for me. Once it is saved, it is also possible to add some more information like, okay, you can add a logo. Yeah, you can just simply upload a logo. Since I have used this customer earlier, it recognized me the logo or if I, yeah, basically you can upload another logo if you want. Something like that. And you save it. And then the logo will be shown when you want to filter the project on my project. So now I can save it. Since if you remember, I have created one assembly. I can just reuse that assembly or even I can create assembly in this view as well. So we have different way of connecting assemblies or component there. So we start with new. And since I have created an assembly, I will just select an existing assembly. So this is the existing assembly that I would like to use it. You can see a list of items. If you want to see some more information, you can just pick the tab that you would like to see. And I will pick that assembly. So customer may have different naming convention. They may use some tooling number, etc. So we have introduced called alias. And there is possible to add customer -specific naming convention there. We see a list of items. It is also possible to add more items. Just selecting there. And then since I have some item, I can find that the spare parts that connected to those items. Let me just pick one, two, threes, something like that. I'll submit and the spare parts is connected there. I can create this assembly. So there were some requests like some users, they want to create, you can say, quick quotation. In that case, they don't need to create an assembly there. They can just pick a few items and can call it an assembly in this case or placeholder in some way. Let's call it the manual assembly. But we don't build any assembly. Instead, I can just add some more item on that. If you have any classification or something, you can just, let's say, randomly add that. So many levels. Possible to upload any emails if needed. Otherwise, you can just, you know, randomly pick any item. Basically, you can combine them. So it's just a list of items. It doesn't say you can actually build an assembly from it. But here I can add a turning tool. I can also add a, I don't know, mailing tool, for instance. But maybe when you want to build assembly from those two components, it doesn't make any sense. But here it's a quick way to connect items together and create a quotation from that. It's also possible to create custom item or you can say special, but there will be a problem to get the price. So, but, but it is possible to create the new items here or it can maybe just quickly show you here instead. Let's see. So I have a couple of items I can create like that or yeah, something like that. So it is possible to create new item here. And then we can go clear. So this is another way of creating assemblies. And there's another third way we can call it. So you can build even a new assembly from, from, from selecting a component. So it's almost the same way. And for the same way we create the assembly into library. So you just mark one of these or item. And then. And the insert in this case. So you don't need to leave the process planning or, or the project. And you can do it, all the things there and they can call it. Yeah. You can call it new assembly. It doesn't matter. Once the service is complete, it will transfer to your project. And now I have the assembly here. I can see list of items. Even they can add spare parts. You can add more information if needed. You can save that. So there's another thing I'd like to show. It's not deployed to production yet. So we'll do it in a week. We have added, it's called others. Where you have the possibility to add, let's say fixtures. Or some other component that, that is not available in our assortment or item. So we go here. Let's say I can find some product code. I'm looking for this one, for example. It's possible to add a digital product. But I'll go back to the show. Scissors, you can add that here. Or even if you would like to add a fixture. So you can type fixture. Or if you know the product code or material ID or description. That you can actually use that here. And then you can mark and add to your list. And then you can create a quotation from that. This feature will be added soon. Next, yeah. Most probably this week as well. So here I have connected, you know, a few assemblies to my project. Then what I would like to see the price. Because we are only handling, you can say the engineering part. So here we will develop, as you mentioned, we will develop this component part. It's not fully done yet. So it's possible to actually create a component. But we will add more capabilities so that you can utilize this component to create an operation. Just to show you a little bit highlights here. You can pick a type. And then you can select a component if you have available. I mean, I use the same component in my cam. And then you can define your bounding box as well. Or it would be a bounding cylinder. Yeah, so this one is in progress. Once you are done, you create the project basically or add to your project. And then we will develop more operations. So what is... So now this part is kind of ready. I would like to send this information to Web and like to see the price. So I'll press this send button. And now the project has been sent. And if you want to... I mean, there are two ways. Either you can go in my page and see the process planning. And there you can see the project that I transferred. Or you can do the same thing. You go project detail page and click that view price. That will take you to the same location basically. So that is the current active project that I'm working on. Now I have the list of assembly. And then I can see what are the items I have created or connected to the individual assemblies. Possible to adjust the quantity. I can see the customer discounted price availability. Once I'm satisfied, I can create quotation. We have also possibility to download the list of items. So if you would like to add some more information or create a PDR, that could be a good start. So we have some columns. So if you need more columns or something like that, that is possible to include. Here you can see items are grouped by assemblies as well. Okay, yeah. So then I can create a quotation from here. The command will not be blemish. But anyway, it's the secretation so it will not be a problem. So you can say it's a test quotation. And you can create the quotation. And then this quotation will be connected to the customer. So the customer can see the quotation or in the quotation history. But they can always look at it. It has some expiry date. They can also download the process planning PDF. That is basically generated from tool library. You can actually get this PDF document in this here as well. But there's other possibility you can export as a printout. And then you can decide what you want to include in this process planning document. Yeah. So this is how it looks. I think we also need to get your feedback if you have any other solution and things like that. That we can also improve. Possible to export different file format, ISO packages and so on. And if we go back to my project or back here. And some more. If you are working with a lot of project, it's possible to filter based on the workspace, customers. And some more so. Okay. Sure. Let me refresh that place. So now we have the project. There are some more capabilities that are available already here. You can edit it, print, export, send for quotation, delete. And you can see the logo is here as well. What more we can do. We can filter based on the workspace or customer. And so on. There are also possibilities to filter based on the component as well. So yeah. More things are coming. I think I covered most of the things. But please feel free to reach out if you would like to know more. Or we have the user guide. So I will get back to my presentation. There are a few slides I would just like to show you quickly before we take some questions. So here, these are just some mock-up what is coming next. So with the component management, user can create a new component with specific material, upload 3D models. They can define raw stocks and even define their features. So we will, our plan is to have automated feature recognition, but it would be flexible. So you can manually change your update of feature recognition if things are not correctly identified and things like that. So instead of locking, we will have more flexible way to define feature and operation as well. And then we will also have this called operation management. So here, user can create a list of operations and even define the sequence. They can connect the assembly machines or relevant information to create operation. And all of these will basically create a list of items that will be transferred to the web to check the price and create operation. And then the future release, what we are expecting. Please feel free to try out and provide us feedback. So we will improve based on your feedback. And then we will continue developing this component in operation view. So, currently the product costs are break, or you can say categorized based on the assembly level. But it can be extended to tool type like, okay, you want to see the price of the adapters or only tools or insert that can be break down into different category. And then we can identify the cost per component, etc. And then possibility to collaborate with customers and partners in the future. So, some, yeah, support activities. So you can use the Core Plus Tool Library. So the thing is, there is no separate application as called TINA 2.0. And instead the capabilities are developed in tool library and the web. So feel free to use it. And it's kind of free for all Core Mont employees. We have arranged some more sessions during our Core Packer release training. So additional sessions will be announced as well. And we have a dedicated channel for design and planning software. So if you have a question, you can directly ask and others can also, you know, contribute and help each other to find the right tips and tricks. So this is my last slide. I mean, just repeating one more time. So this is intended for, you can say, process planning and quotation workflow. And for application specialists, frontline sales. I mean, it can be used by anyone. But these are kind of the main group providing us feedback. And then currently we are supporting the standard for that product. But we will look into other product areas if possible to do that. So the main thing is like, we are developing more modern or integrated approach to process and operation planning to support the transition from current TINA to the new capabilities or process planning. That allow engineers to manage their data, right, and even quotation. Through the workspace, there's a possibility to share the data among partners. And have the possibility to centralize information management in a particular project or customer-specific project. Yeah. And the web integration allow us to transfer the tooling data and see the price and initiate the cooperation flow. So thank you very much for listening. Let's see if there's any question. There is one question in the chat from Mats. So when you create the quote, do you get the correct quantity? So I guess if there's one insert in the assembly, do you still get the full insert box in the quotation? Yeah, that's a good question. I think from our side, we basically, let's say when you build assembly, we create one insert or basically have one insert. But in the web, I think they will manage if the packet quantity is one. I don't know if Martin is here. But I think they can adjust the quantity directly there. So let me see, we have some quotation. Give me some second, please. We can see if we can show that. Otherwise, we'll come back to do that. Okay. Yeah, looks like it's kind of taking the one. So looks like we need to or the user needs to adjust the quantity. But it can be done. I think I have seen that the core model have already done that part. So even if you can add one quantity, it will automatically increase to the package quantity. But I think this is allowed for some customers or some users. So it's possible that you have that, you are allowed to do that. But of course, we can verify this and check. Yeah, yeah.
