We were very much skeptical that whether this tool will work or not. It's not a conventional cutting, it's a reverse cutting. It will damage the tool as well as job. It will happen. This place is focused on manufacturing the parts that go into an airplane and we were working with tools which were not giving us the required output. We are dealing with titanium, aluminium,enconal,625,700 grade. All these are difficult to machine. The tool life and the surgical time is not sufficient to satisfy the customer need. And one fine day Mr. Tarun approached me from Sandvik. So he told that he is having some new tool. So I said, Tarun, I am not sure. I am not okay with the situation. But we will take trials and let us see what will happen. So when we tried on the machine, the results were fantastic. And it was surprising for us. The chips are flowing uniformly with equal pieces. On that moment only I told the Sandvik engineer, okay, this tool will work. It was awesome. The results were surprising. So with the prime turning, the cycle time reduced from 45 minutes to 15 minutes. But with this reduction in cycle time, we could increase our output by three times. Since last four or five months, we could achieve 100% of on-time delivery with this output. So it's a good, it's a really great, great feeling. It's a really great feeling. We are going to change all the roughing tools with PrimeTool. So that is our future strategy. Thank you.
