This story starts a long time ago for me. I have the breakthrough in my own mindset. Everything changed. My soul got the inspiration from nature. How can we do the turning at more than double speed? That was the big challenge. And after a few years of thinking like this, it was there. That was a fantastic moment for me. Normally we start the turning outside the component and turn towards this shoulder. When we're doing the prime turning method, then we start into the corner and then we turn outwards. That means very good, very small entering angles when doing the cutting. This idea has been growing inside for a long, long, long time. And when I met Adam, then everything starts to move very, very quick. Adam is a fantastic guy. He's a star in my opinion. It's the best part of my life working together with him. We immediately saw the difficulties to break the chip. And that was probably the biggest challenge in this project. We also understood that the window of opportunity was very short. We had the time and resources to test out this idea. We had to produce results pretty fast. We had a lot of meetings, doing prototypes, doing lab tests, to always move forward. Then we decided to try it out in the machine and basically see if it's working or not. The first time that we saw the prime turning method, that was a fantastic moment for me. That was really, really great. We developed a new way of handling the chips. So that was a big challenge. Prime turning allows the customer to reduce cycle times and increase the tool life. And that can mean millions in savings. A lot of nodes for many, many years. If you put them together, then you have something new. It maybe can be the game changer in the future.
