As you may know, manufacturing special metal cutting is a complex process. We are getting new materials that are lighter, harder, tougher to machine. Components get more and more complex. Best sizes are getting smaller. The machines are also becoming more sophisticated and advanced that require new skill to program those machines. Path not path list. It is important to design and recommend tool that is environment friendly and sustainable for next generation. Since the technology is advancing very fast from manual to automated process, we are observing skills gap in the mill cutting industry. That's why it is crucial for manufacturing companies to use digital software that can help users to take smart decisions and reduce waste and improve efficiency. As you know,SANVIC government is at the forefront of metal cutting tools, machining solution and knowledge that drive industry standards and innovation. We create unique solutions and set new productivity standards together with you,the customer and our partner and academia. Therefore,we have created digital solutions to help people automate their decision making and manufacturing by leveraging the data and knowledge. Therefore,we have created digital products and services. We create software solutions in various areas. So the department I belong,we create solution and software in process and operation planning. In some requirement,we also offer software solutions in production logistics and machining. The smart software solutions in the process. The smart software can provide a seamless data flow and facilitate decision making. Therefore,we also have integration to our software so that customer can benefit and take smart decision. Before we explore the core plus two library, let's take a closer look at the challenges manufacturing companies. The manufacturing companies face during process and operation plan. They are heavily reliant on few skilled individuals. They are very good. They are involved in many tasks ,but they always work under time pressure. The manufacturing companies, they spend a lot of time finding and defining cutting tools from different sources. They manually convert and map data. Once they find the information, they struggle sharing the data and knowledge to their colleagues. They lack necessary software to share their knowledge. They also observe that people start programming with wrong or insufficient tooling information. That leads to machine downtime and expensive time consuming reprogram. So we need to find the right solution for the best decision. Just to illustrate,we can isolate the task of producing a hole that can be seen as a simple task. But even for a simple hole, there are several factors that affect how we produce a hole. First, you need to identify what feature it is. What's the dimension of the hole? How depth? What is the tolerance? What metal yield should this part be produced from? Is it steel, stainless steel, almonium? In what machine will you produce this component? What is the maximum spindle speed, power and torque limitation in that machine? Is it stable or unstable fixturing? What cutting tool, what cutting date and type operation should be used? So factor that are all influencing each other, creating hundred or thousand of different possibilities ,producing a simple hole. So in order for a single person to- It's difficult to remember all this combination. So digital software can support people to take the right decision. That will influence producing a component and finally influence the profit and margin for the manufacturing companies. Another important factor, pacifying the correct tooling data and holder is also crucial for successful manufacturing. That will avoid collisions, improve machining quality and also enhance efficiency. Therefore, we are developing CorePlus Tool Library is an easy to use tool management software designed to seamlessly transfer of tooling data to CAM and simulation software. Using CorePlus Tool Library, you will have access to digital tooling data in a standardized format with reduced manual search, download and interpretation. CorePlus Tool Library allows you to get a tool recommendation based on material, operation and machine, which can be shared with your colleagues. By utilizing 3D models and recommended cutting data, users can optimize their machining and achieve better results without manual making entries. For integration to multiple CAM software, Tool Library automates the transfer of tooling data to CAM and that increases efficiency and security in CAM programming. That saves a lot of time, increase quality in simulation and verification. CorePlus Tool Library helps users to create, store and manage 3D assemblies and items on a secure cloud environment. The application allows drastically reduction of time spent on finding and defining cutting tools and eliminating the need to search for information on different webpages or in paper catalog. CorePlus Tool Library also helps to find the right tool for the job, machine and workpiece material tailored to your need. CorePlus Tool Library Now let's dive into a live demo and explore the interface. CorePlus Tool Library You will see how intuitive it is to find exact tool you need. CorePlus Tool Library Down to the insert geometry, material grade and holder configuration. CorePlus Tool Library To be able to access CorePlus Tool Library, you need to visit Sunvik Corman website. Sunvik.Corman.com To see the digital offers from Sunvik Corman, you will simply click Tools and then you go Digital Machining. Under the digital machine you will find more details about CorePlus Tool Library. CorePlus Tool Library You can simply click here. CorePlus Tool Library button that will take you to the detail page of the application. In this page you will see the basic benefits. It explains what are the challenges we are trying to solve using CorePlus Tool Library. What are the different benefits? And you will find some useful videos that will guide you how to utilize the tool efficiently. You will also find what are the partners available. What integration we have available with Sunvik Corman CorePlus Tool Library. At the end you will also find some frequently asked questions and answers that will help you to find the right information. In order to access CorePlus Tool Library you can simply click open the application. That will open CorePlus Tool Library if you have access. If you don't have access you will just simply follow the step that will allow you to create a free trial access for a month. Let me walk you through the application. If you do not have an account. You may need to sign up for a free trial or you need to subscribe for the application. So I will walk you through a little bit the UI here. There are different options to build an assembly for the component you would like to manufacture. So we have option called by tool type. If you know what tool you want to use to manufacture a component you simply go there. If you are not familiar what tool to use you can also go here. That will take you to all the catalog items. You can start from adapter or insert or any tool that you prefer. If you are unsure about what tool to use there is another alternative we have available. It's called by application. So that will help you or guide you to find the right tools for the component you want to manufacture. The third option is available. I have created multiple assemblies. So a few of them are shown here. If you click that button. It will take you to one of the tabs on the top we have available. So this interface allows you to manage assemblies. You can apply different tags. You can have multiple sets of cutting data. For example this example assembly. It shows what component has been used to build the assembly. You can see the assembly parameters. You can also see a list of cutting data set has been used to this tool. You can apply different filter depending on your machine project or any other options available. You can navigate to different product areas. This will allow you to quickly find tools. There's other possibility you can apply geometric dimensions etc. So if you mark one of these you will see more parameter available connected to this class or specific area. If you don't find the parameter that you would like to search for. You can just simply click here. That will take you all the parameters. That you may apply for this tool type. Then we have another tab. Tab is called catalog. Catalog is the main starting point to build an assembly. If you mark the item or you may bought those items. For instance you can mark as favorite. The favorite items will show up here. So currently I have only signed the Coromon tools. More than 60,000, 66,000 product. We support other brands data as well. That is provided by two similar items. You can mark one of the external vendor data that will show up in your catalog. So currently we have limitations. We are only supporting rotating tools. Due to the data quality. Here we have similar option. You can filter based on the item class or category. If you mark one of the area. You will see more filter options available connected to those for the class. Classes. Then it works similar way here. Custom item. You can create the item that is not available in the catalog. So there are multiple ways to create. You can create a new item. Then you can specify the parameters. Upload 3D models and other information. Or if the vendor supports G2C packages. You can simply import them here. We have a tab called tool recommendation. This is the recommendation engine that guide you to find the right tool for your operation. Work this material. And the machine. So currently it is available for some equipment tools. We have a tab called cam integration or cam extension. That will allow you to find what integrations available. Plugins. You can read more. can use a guide. Basic information. How to install. The add in. And access. The plugin. From the cam software. How to get started quickly. This tab will take you to some videos. How to use Corplus 2 Live efficiently. And some webinars. That may be useful. Here a couple of information. User can request support and feedback. Through this form. From the application. We have application settings. There you can set your language. Capacify your unit system. The assembly schema. Default action buttons. And if you have tool supply. You can integrate through this interface. We have user guide. That contains different sections. Each of the section. Explains different capability. In more details. I'd like to highlight one of the. Important thing. It's called Swiss workspace. That will allow. User to share. Resources. For example. Assemblies. And other resources. With their colleague. So if they are connected. To a company workspace. They can share data. They don't need to create. Duplicate information. So my workspace. Works as a private workspace. So other colleague. Cannot see. What I am. Doing here. But this is more. Useful. When you belong. To the same company. And then here. You will also see. Release note. Notes. That will give you. Stuff. Capabilities. We have released. Over the time. All right. Just to build. An assembly. You can just simply. Go. One of the area. Let's say. I want to. Build an assembly. From a turning tool. I can go there. It will take me. To this. Navigation. I can go farther. If I want to. I can filter. Based on the cutting operation. I want to do. External turning. If I know. The product code. I can also. Search the product code. I can also. Partial code. Is also works. You can. Pick one of the. Item from the list. Now it shows. How many. Matching insert. Fit. On this tool. So I can go there. And here. It's important that. You can filter. Based on the work piece. Material. So if you know. The work piece. Material. That let's say. I want to. Operate on. Stainless steel. I can simply. Mark that. P. And then. All the insert. That supports. P. Material. Show up. I can also. Apply. Other filters. I can go here. And then. It will show more. Parameter search. Or I can mark. This option. And then. It will take me. To this. Here. And you may. Use. Point. Eight. Nose. Nose. Radius. For instance. And apply for it. And then. I can mark. One of the items. And it will. Generate. The new. Dimensions. And update. The 3d model. You can continue. A similar way. If you wish. You can. Add an adapter. It works. The similar way. You can mark. Adapter. And then. It will give you. More possibilities. Or. If you want. To get more. Filter. You can click here. Then you have. The possibility. To apply more. Filters. So one of the important. Thing for the adaptive item. You can go. It's called. Machine side. Connection code. Let's say. I'm looking for. A capital interface. That I have. Available in my machine. I can go. Type. I can also filter. Based on the. Size. I want to. Supply. And then. It will. Reduce. The number. Of. Items. You can mark. One of them. Item. You can look. What are the. Parameters. Are available. If you would like. To use that item. You can select. The item. And. The assembly. Will be. Generated. You can. Give. A new name. Demo. The assembly. And. Also. Apply. Description. Write. What you would like. And. Press. A button. Once. It is. Safe. As you can see. There are different. Export. Options. Available. You can also. 2D Drawing. To. What are the. Dimensions. Some people. 2D Drawing. Instead. Of. 3D. Apply. Reset. If you want. To. You can look. Into. Different. View. View. One. So. This is. One. Way. Of. Building. Assembly. But. There is. An. Alternative. Way. You can. Also. Build. Assembly. You can. Simply. Click. Say. I want. To. Build. An. Assembly. For. Run. Non. Rotating. Component. I can. Search. For. Any. Material. We have. Support. For. Than. 20. Thousand. Materials. In. Our. Database. For. Simplicity. I can. Define. Task. 20. Millimeter. And. Then. I can. Specify. The. Length. For. instance. I. Can. Also. Choose. My. Machine. And. Interface. Available. To. To. To. Recommendation. Now. One. The. Important. Thing. Here. I. Have. Already. Few. Tools. That. I. Can. That. I. Can. Mark. One. Them. Can. Also. See. More. Detail. For. Cutting. Data. For. The. Strategy. Can. Also. Look. Economic. Data. Different. Different. Machining. Strategy. Even. Emission. For. Sustainability. We. Have. Also. Alternative. We. Can. Also. Filter. Based. On. Your. Criteria. To. Narrow. Down. The. Source. For. Simple. Use. To. A. Tool. Assembly. So. In. This. Flow. It. Brings. The. Tool. And. Also. The. Cutting. Data. Together. So. We. Can. Send. The. Tool. And. Cutting. Data. To. Find. Matching. Collette. So. Let's. One. Of. Random. Now. I. Can. Continue. To. Add. An. Adapter. I. Will. Choose. This. One. For. Simplicity. By. The. Demo. Assembly. Now. Press. A. Button. Before I do that. in coreplus 2 library that you can adjust the stick out length for example in this case the LGTA we have 49.2 if I want to extend it I can simply apply I will mark the item that I want to move so I will make it 10 millimeter extended so now the size has been extended so you can apply any of this transformation depending on on it so now I can save this one so it may take some time because it generates many different files and possibilities now the cutting data is also available and in the next video I will show you how you can use this cutting data in a CAM software we have also possibility to print I will just show simply this way here it will allow it to create a worksheet and then as you can see you have clickable link items and also list of cutting data and you will also find assembly information who has created that information that can be useful to create a worksheet for your company
