You can set upper limits on load, vibration and temperature either directly in the NC code or in the user interface. When a limit is breached, the data processing unit will send a signal to the machine so that an appropriate action can be taken. You can fully customize this action depending on your process. If the load is not as expected, especially when working on high value components, aborting the process and retracting out of cut can protect the component, tool and the machine.
