Core Plus Connected consists of a Bluetooth antenna,a data processing unit ,and a field bus gateway,enabling real -time communication with the machine. The Silent Tools Plus damped adapter automatically connects the other antenna to the data processing unit when it is switched into the machine. It is inherently difficult to know what is going on inside of a long internal turning process ,especially with the doors closed ,coolant flowing and the background noise. The software provides eyes and ears at the cutting zone ,showing exactly what is going on inside the process. And it can be showed on a separate screen ,or directly on the controller screen.
